13.12 Run For Justice

Goal thermometer

#BlackLivesMatter #DefundThePolice #1312Run

Demand justice for #GeorgeFloyd and #BreonnaTaylor and the countless others murdered by cops. Demand that our tax dollars stop funding police brutality and systemic racism.

How do I participate?

Participate by running 13.12 miles while showing your support for Black Lives Matter—wear a shirt, carry a sign, play music loudly—just do something to be seen while you run.

How do I raise money?

Use #1312Run to promote your run and have your friends and family sponsor you by donating a dollar (or 2, or 10, or 100) for every mile you run.

Why 13.12 miles?

1312 = ACAB = All Cops Are Bastards. Every mile you run is a dollar for Black Lives Matter to use in their mission of dismantling white supremacy and defunding the police.

When do I run?

Whenever you're ready. Set a date, tell your friends and family and hold yourself accountable. Raise money, run, rinse, repeat.

Where do I run?

Run around your neighborhood. Run laps around the police station. Run to city hall and back. This is about showing support for Black Lives Matter in your community.

Do I have to run 13.12 miles?

Yes, that's the whole point. (You can run it over multiple days).

But... do I have to run?

Okay fine, you can walk too.

All donations will go to the Black Lives Matter Global Network.
