I hope you agree - this is important. Yesterday, my opponent took a peculiar position on interracial and gay marriage. Peculiar or abhorrent?

Jack Bergman just voted against a bill protecting marriage equality for interracial and gay couples. It's Congressman's duty to fight for equality, liberty, and justice for all Americans. 

 

I intend to unseat Jack Bergman in November, but I need you in my corner.

 

The bill is legitimate. It wasn't about gamesmanship ahead of the primaries; 47 Republicans voted in favor of protecting interracial and gay couples. It passed the House with flying colors because reasonable minds in Congress know that after Roe v Wade's overturn, protections under the 14th amendment are under serious threat by SCOTUS. 

 

The US legalized interracial marriage in 1967, and the Marriage Equality Act was passed in 2013. We cannot go backward.
