Join the Madison County Democratic Party at their 2016 Golf Scramble at Battlefield Golf Course on Saturday, August 27th. Breakfast and sign-in starts at 8:30 AM and the shotgun start starts at 9:30 AM. Lunch and award ceremony to follow the tournament.
The entry fee is $125 per person or $400 a team of 4. Your fee includes the round of golf, golf cart, breakfast, lunch, gift bag and chances to win prizes. Games include hole-in-one, longest shot, and more! Prizes include A FREE CAR, gift certificates and more!
There are lots of opportunities for your business or organization to sponsor at the golf scramble. Your sponsorship includes signage and your logo in the program. Here are your opportunities to sponsor:
Draw (to the) Hole: $600
Includes golf for 4 players and a hole sponsorship!
Beverage Cart Sponsorship: $500
Have your organization be the sponsor of one of the most important carts on the course!
Premium Hole Sponsorship: $300
Have your signage at the 1st or 18th hole for everyone to see! You are encouraged to have a game and prizes for your sponsored hole.
General Hole Sponsorship: $150
Have your signage at one of the holes, 2nd to 17th! You are encouraged to have a game and prizes for your sponsored hole.
Special Contest Sponsorship: $100 each
For your $100 your organization gets to sponsor the Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, or the Putting Contest.
Cart Sponsorship: $100
Have your signage on one of the carts driven by the players!
Individual Award Sponsor
Please provide at least 1 prize of equal value for the winning golfer. Minimum value - $25.
Winning Team Award Sponsor
Provide at least 4 prizes of equal value for the winning team. Minimum value - $15 each.
Swag Bag Sponsor
Provide 125 like items to be provided in the swag bags given to all of the golfers.
