2020 Georgia Senate Runoff Battle

Contributions to Warnock for Georgia are not tax deductible. The first $3,300 from an individual and the first $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the primary election. Any amount above $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $3,300 from an individual and $5,000 from a PAC will be designated for the general run-off election.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Contributions or gifts to Working America are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRC Section 162(e).
