Over the last few years, we have accomplished a large part of the vision,

We have kept the taxes steady and won the first Government finance budget presentation award, three years in a row. We moved into our new Town Hall (saving us $6 million and 4 years) and the building is paid for by the tenants.

We have secured funding for Route 1 widening project.

We secured a developer that is bringing over 600 jobs 300 plus room hotel with over 8 restaurants and a sports bar (closing down landfill years ahead of schedule). A project that will triple the current tax base.

There is still more work to get done, but to continue to build on the vision and put my experience to work for you, I need your financial support. Help us reach our goal, and together we’ll make the Town of Dumfries a place that people won't just drive through, but they will drive to.
