Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Tennessee law requires disclosure of occupation and employer for contributions totaling more than $100 for each election. We collect this information for this reason.
Why "People Power PAC"? TN state law requires any groups supporting multiple candidates for office to form a political action committee (PAC).
The maximum individual contribution to each candidate per election is $1,500. There is no maximum individual contribution for PACs.
