Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to 2024 Copper State Victory will be allocated as follows:
Subject to the contribution limits, the first $11,600 of each contribution from a person, and the first $15,000 of each contribution from a multicandidate PAC (“PAC”) will be split evenly between Liftoff PAC and Gallego for Arizona. Liftoff PAC may receive up to $5,000 for the current calendar year from all federally permissible sources. For contributions to Gallego for Arizona, the first $3,300 of a person’s contribution and the first $5,000 of a PACs contribution will be designated for the primary election; the next $3,300/$5,000 will be designated for the general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution from a person and the next $5,000 from a PAC will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting michael@tmwcompliance.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
