Knoxville City Council Movement (People Power PAC)
Following our victory in the 2024 election and our defeat of Charter Amendment 2’s At-Large voting system, we are gearing up to support 5 candidates for city council in 2025!
Knoxville - we need your help! Our goal is to raise the funding needed to support a strong slate of Knoxville city council candidates dedicated to a transparent, accountable and equitable government!
We are looking to support candidates who will help redirect our government’s attention to those with the most need in our city rather than prioritize fulfilling the dreams of multimillionaires and building civic furniture in our city that the poor can’t use!

We are currently an all volunteer team dedicated to seeing our city live up to what we know it can be - a city that promotes transparency and citizen engagement, a city that properly addresses historical wrongs like urban removal, & a city dedicated to fair and equitable treatment of all of our residents and all parts of town.
