Our primary fund-raiser each year is an event we call "Desserts & Drinks with Dems," and we are looking forward to the opportunity to gather together on September 14, 2024 to see old friends, make new acquaintances, meet and support Democratic candidates and elected officials, and to ensure that the office remains funded and open as we look ahead not only to the all-important 2024 election toward the future. Doors will open at 6:30 PM for social time (and the silent auction), speeches from candidates and elected officials will begin at 7:45 PM, and the event is expected to conclude at about 9:00 PM. Local candidates will also be on hand during the social hour to speak with members and constituents and also raise funds for their campaigns.
We ask that you pre-register for this event so that we can plan appropriately for food and beverages, and also to ensure that there are no delays at the entrance as people arrive. The suggested donation is $25 per person (children are free), and to pre-register simply select the Contribution tab and select the number of people in the drop-down box (there will be a question prompt for information about names if more than one person is attending), and If you wish to give an additional contribution to help the important work in the office, there is an additional tab as well.
