This year, we're offering a robust buffet with choices for all diet preferences (carnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, GF, vegan - other???), lots of appetizers and dessert.
Please note that we WILL have to close reservations by Wednesday September 4.
After dinner and some fun auction items, candidates will speak about their busy races. Then our keynote speakers, Melissa Hendrix and Rob Rogers, will take a dive into the roots of Project 2025, the authoritarian attempt to re-model the US Government to the whims of the Executive Branch (Trump?). Melissa and Rob, with the El Paso County Democrats, are recognized experts on Christian nationalist groups (think Focus on the Family, et al) and the impacts this movement may have on our Democracy.
They have been warning of Project 2025 for years, and are well positioned to help us understand what it is, how to fight it, and how to WIN.
