The NAACP Culpeper Branch 2025 Freedom Fund Banquet will be held on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at noon at the Best Western Hotel’s Peppers Banquet Hall at 791 Madison Road in Culpeper. This year’s event is themed Standing Strong in the Midst of Adversity,
