  1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
  2. This contribution complies with the provisions of the Ethics in Government Act, O.C.G.A. Sec 21-5-30, et seq.
  3. I am at least eighteen years old.
  4. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
The maximum contribution limit per person is $3,300 cumulatively in the 2025 cycle. Any funds over this contribution limit will be returned.
