If you are interested in submitting an ad for this year's Ad Book, here are the details:
Full Color Ad - Priority Placement - $1,000
Full Color Ad - $500
Full Color Logo - $250
Party Builder Award Honoree "Congrats" - $150
A QR Code and link will be provided to all attendees to view the Virtual Ad Book during the speaking program.
All ads may be in full color or black & white. Ads should be formatted to 300 DPI JPEG.
Ads must be submitted by Friday, August 14, 2026.

Contribution rules
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Paid for by the Illinois Democratic County Chairs' Association, PO Box 3445, Springfield, IL 62708-3445, which is a committee not authorized by any federal candidate. However, please note your contribution may be used in connection with a federal election. Federal law requires political committees use their "best efforts" to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose CONTRIBUTION AGGREGATE IN EXCESS OF $200.00 IN A CALENDAR YEAR. Contributions are not tax deductible on federal returns. A copy of our reports are available for free online at FEC.gov. A copy of our report filed with the State Board of Elections is (or will be) available on the board's official website, www.elections.il.gov, or for purchase from the Illinois State Board of Elections, Springfield, IL.
