Candidate Kickoff Fund
Across our county, more people than ever are stepping forward to serve. Teachers, parents, veterans, and working neighbors are stepping up to strengthen our schools, protect our communities, and represent local families. But before a campaign even begins, candidates face a financial barrier just to appear on the ballot.
The Candidate Kickoff Fund removes that barrier. Contributions will be used first to cover filing fees, and then to provide basic startup support such as literature printing, compliance materials, and essential campaign tools — giving candidates a fair opportunity to compete and connect with voters.
Our goal is to raise $12,000 by March 30, 2026 so that strong local candidates can move from “thinking about running” to officially being on the ballot.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- I declare that this contribution is for a campaign or committee in the State of Oklahoma and is freely and voluntarily given from my own personal property. I further declare that I have not been directly or indirectly compensated or reimbursed for this contribution. Clicking on the Donate button above shall operate as the electronic equivalent of my signature attesting to the truth of this statement.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- This contribution is not from a corporation or labor union.
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
