2026 Freedom Fund Banquet

Reservations for our 2026 Freedom Fund Banquet are now open! We are excited to announce a new venue for our 45th annual event, set to take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at noon at Germanna's Daniel Technology Center!

This year’s banquet continues with our Standing Strong theme and represents a special call to action in our community: Standing Strong for a Seat at the Table. Our keynote speaker is one of the nation's leading educators and the new president of Germanna Community College, Dr. Tashika Griffith.

We are especially excited to announce that our honoree is a longtime member of our beloved community, Ms. Nan Butler Roberts. A former NAACP Culpeper secretary and president of the Scrabble School Preservation Foundation, Nan has devoted her time and talents to honoring our local heritage and culture as well as advocating for the needs of others. She is a shining and inspiring example of Standing Strong. We look forward to celebrating her!

We are also pleased to announce that our event will be catered by a wonderful local business: Turner Gurlz Food. You don't want to miss this event! We welcome your support through our ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities. Your support is vital as we carry out our NAACP mission through education, scholarships, outreach, and advocacy. We look forward to seeing you at this exciting event! Please select from the ticket and sponsorship options below.
