It's the Fifth Annual 23rd RD Democratic Committee Ice Cream Social!


Good conversation is always best served with ice cream! Join the 23rd RD Democratic Committee to meet old and new friends, local, state and community leaders in a sweet and casual event to learn about what's going on in Newark and Delaware. You never know who might show up!


We expect a number of Democratic candidates running in 2026 including our own Candidates for the 23rd RD House seat, as well as other local, county and state offices.


Enjoy several favorite flavors of UDairy Creamery Ice Cream and a non-dairy option.


Tickets are $20 for adults. Children accompanied by an adult get FREE ice cream.
