Our favorite event of the Summer is back, and this year's Picnic in the Park is celebrating our defiant optimism. We’re reclaiming the flag, firing up the grill, and reminding Orange County that true patriotism isn't about blind obedience to the guy in the Oval Office, it's about rolling up our sleeves and doing the hard work to make our community better.

Plus, let's be honest: Democrats just throw a better party.

This year, as we celebrate America 250, we know it can be hard to feel festive. Just look at the empty crowds at Trump's festival in Washington DC. But here in Orange County, we have plenty to celebrate and so much more we can achieve if we have your support.

On Saturday, July 11th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, join the Orange County Democratic Committee at Thomas Bull Memorial Park 

Expect great music, classic summer cookout food, cold drinks, and the company of progressive neighbors who haven't given up the fight. We’ll also be joined by special guests Congressman Pat Ryan, NYS Senator James Skoufis, our incredible slate of 2026 candidates for county and town positions, and more.

National politics can feel discouraging, but local organizing is where your dollar actually moves the needle. Buying a ticket or sponsoring this event directly funds the grassroots engine we are building to win the 2026 midterms.
