2026 Richards-Jackson Dinner

Please join us on Saturday, September 19th at the historic Hotel 1928 at 701 Washington Avenue in Waco, Texas for the biennial Richards-Jackson fundraising dinner. This dinner is named after two iconic Texas women, Ann Richards & Mae Jackson, both having deep roots in Waco. We proudly remember them as we raise funds to support the newest Democratic candidates in this year’s election

Cash bar happy hour and passed hors d’oeuvres starting at 6:15 pm

Family style dinner and beer/wine cash bar starting at 7:00 pm

We are honored to welcome as our keynote speaker for the evening, Angel Carroll, a Democratic political strategist, policy advocate, and equity-centered leader whose work has shaped conversations across Texas in justice reform, youth mental health, and community impact.
