John Kiehne

Give $20 a month for #Kiehne2020- it adds up!!!

One thing that I learned running for office in 2018 is that despite my desire for campaign finance reforms it still costs money to run a political campaign. Signs, mailers, social media, ads, branded merchandise and so forth all costs money.

The other thing that I learned is that the viability of a political campaign these days is still pretty much based on how much money a candidate can bring in. If you can't fundraise you can't hire staff to organize volunteers, run events and so forth and honestly Party operatives and bigwigs probably won't answer your calls, either.

So one of my biggest challenges for 2020 is to get better at fundraising. However, my goal is to earn many individual donations from many actual people- not just pull in some big checks from PAC's and wealthy donors. Your donation equals support and my goal is to make good on my promise to advocate for the best interests of ALL Missourians- not just the ones that voted for me or donated money to my campaign.

I believe that our elected officials have a sworn duty to serve their constituents over opportunity for personal gain. I hope to make good on that promise in 2020 as the next State Representative for the 110th Missouri House District.

Please help me to be the change that we want to see so that we can make Missouri a place that we can ALL be proud to call home.
