2023 Autumn Harvest
Join us at our 2023 Autumn Harvest and 2nd Annual Leahy Awards on Friday, October 20th in Waterbury.
Democrats from across Vermont will gather and celebrate the legacy of Senator Leahy and emerging young leaders in the VDP.
Our guest speaker will be Chairwoman Anderson Clayton, current chair of the North Carolina Democratic Party. Elected at 25 years old, Anderson Clayton is the youngest chair of a state Democratic Party. Anderson Clayton is an organizer by trade who has committed herself to building strong Democratic communities in North Carolina. We are excited to hear about the work of the North Carolina Democratic Party to recommit to rural organizing and the importance of building a strong local party.
We will also be announcing the winners of the Leahy Award: an annual award to celebrate rising and emerging leaders in the Vermont Democratic Party.
