I'm running for reelection!
Please support my campaign! Two years ago, I ran for the State Assembly and won by knocking on 11,245 doors. The top issue I heard about was our dysfunctional democracy. The Republican majority evaded accountability to the will of the people by protecting themselves with gerrymandered maps. This new map will help restore voters confidence in our state's democracy.
The new map significantly reconfigured the 80th Assembly District from the previous Republican gerrymanders.
I intend to run for reelection in the new 80th Assembly District. I look forward to meeting new voters, and reconnecting with those I have been representing in Verona, Middleton, and Cross Plains. I'm proud of my accomplishments the past two years and I'm excited at the prospect of further progress on issues voters care about. We must continue to strengthen and protect our democracy, restore our rights, and invest in our communities.
