Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for all individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions or gifts to California House Majority Fund are not tax deductible.
Paid for by California House Majority Fund, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, and Dr. Richard Pan for Congress, and the California Democratic Party.
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: Contributions to California House Majority Fund of up to $14,000 per individual ($3,500 per election) and up to $20,000 ($5,000 per election) from multicandidate PACs shall be allocated equally between Adam Gray for Congress, Derek Tran for Congress, Marni Von Wilpert for Congress, and Dr. Richard Pan for Congress, with contributions to the Candidate Committees allocated to the general election. Any additional amount, up to an additional $10,000 from individuals and up to an additional $5,000 from multicandidate PACs, will be allocated to the California Democratic Party’s federal account. Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
