Yulyana Torres is the councilor-elect for Providence’s Ward 3 (Hope and Summit) and a staff attorney at Sojourner House, where she represents survivors of human trafficking, stalking, and domestic violence. A daughter of Providence and lifelong Rhode Islander, Yulyana is committed to building a better future for her community.
