30 Years of Prayer in Action
Delegate Carolyn JB Howard served the citizens of the State of Maryland for over three decades as an educator, legislator and community member. She started a prayer breakfast for education during her early years in office. Last year I was honored when she passed the torch to me to continue this rich legacy. So this year we will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Carolyn JB Howard Prayer Breakfast for Education on December 6, 2023 at 6pm. For the first time we will have an evening Breakfast Under the Stars with an awards program to honor our community leaders.
