Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions to 314 Action Impact Slate - Priority August 2026 will be allocated as follows:
All contributions received shall be divided with 70% being equally divided between Rebecca Bennett for Congress, Manny for Colorado, Bale Dalton for Florida, and Dr. Pan for Congress, 5% to Annie Andrews for Senate, and 25% to 314 Action Impact Slate. However, to the extent that the 25% allocation to 314 Action Impact Slate would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to 314 Action Impact Slate’s hard dollar account, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the non-contribution account of 314 Action Impact Slate.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting fec@314action.org. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
