Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible and will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. 314 Action Impact Slate is a joint fundraising representative authorized by Christina Bohannan for Congress, Rebecca Bennett for Congress, Elaine Luria for Congress, Manny Rutinel for Congress, Amish for Arizona, and 314 Action Impact Slate.
All contributions received shall be divided with 75% being equally divided between Christina Bohannan for Congress, Rebecca Bennett for Congress, Elaine Luria for Congress, Manny Rutinel for Congress, Amish for Arizona, and 25% to 314 Action Impact Slate. However, to the extent that the 25% allocation to 314 Action Impact Slate would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to 314 Action Impact Slate’s hard dollar account, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the non contribution account of 314 Action Impact Slate.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting CONTACT EMAIL. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
