Contributions to 314 Action Impact Slate will be allocated as follows:
All contributions received shall be divided with 75% being equally divided between Christina Bohannan for Congress, Janelle Bynum for Congress, Mannion for New York, Amish for Arizona, Tony Vargas for Congress, and George Whitesides for Congress and 25% to 314 Action Impact Slate. However, to the extent that the 25% allocation to 314 Action Impact Slate would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to 314 Action Impact Slate’s hard dollar account, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the non-contribution account of 314 Action Impact Slate.
A contributor may designate his or her contribution to one or more participants according to a different allocation formula by contacting impactslate@314action.org. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution.
