Contribution rules
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows:
All contributions received shall be divided with 75% being equally divided between Dr. Annie Andrews for Senate, Abdul for U.S. Senate, Amish for Arizona, and Dr. Richard Pan for Congress, and 25% to 314 Action Impact Slate. However, to the extent that the 25% allocation to 314 Action Impact Slate would cause a contributor to exceed the applicable contribution limit to 314 Action Impact Slate’s hard dollar account, any amount in excess of the applicable contribution limit will instead be allocated to the non-contribution account of 314 Action Impact Slate.
Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant by contacting impactslate@314action.org. The allocation formula above may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to any Political Committee.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Paid for and authorized by Dr. Annie Andrews for Senate, Abdul for U.S. Senate, Amish for Arizona, Dr. Richard Pan for Congress and 314 Action Impact Slate. Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible and will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limits and prohibitions of the Federal Election Campaign Act. 314 Action Impact Slate is a joint fundraising representative for Dr. Annie Andrews for Senate, Abdul for U.S. Senate, Amish for Arizona, Dr. Richard Pan for Congress, and 314 Action Impact Slate.
