Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Nancy Goroff (NY-1) - 314 Action Impact Slate will be allocated as follows:
This joint fundraising agreement is entered into on October 17, 2023 (the “Agreement”), by and between Goroff for Congress. (the “Candidate Committee”) and 314 Action Impact Slate (“314 Action Impact Slate,” and collectively with the Candidate Committee, the “Committees”). The allocation for funds raised under this Agreement shall be as follows: All contributions received shall be divided evenly among all committees.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting john@bluewavepolitics.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
