314 Action Fund has both a federal contribution account and an independent expenditure account. Under federal law, you may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to the contribution account and unlimited amounts to the independent expenditure account. You understand and agree that the first $5,000 of your cumulative annual contribution will be deposited in 314 Action Fund’s contribution account and the remainder in the independent expenditure account.
