"40 for 40" Pre-Election Day Kick-off

Dear Fellow Tarrant County Democrat

We are down to the wire. With only a month until the Election, we are focusing all of our energy on getting out the vote for our Democratic candidates. Although a large part of our efforts involves the work of our incredible volunteers, we are also making use of paid canvassers to emphasize the importance of voting the straight Democratic ticket.

Unfortunately, all of this involves cost. Although we have enjoyed tremendous success with our recent Fundraisers, we are still short by $10,000 of having the money necessary to fund all that we are doing. So in order to raise this critically important money, we will host a "40 for 40" event on October 29th. Once again, we will be getting together at The Usual. As an added incentive, we are also going to offer a tour of Cowboy Stadium in the coming weeks.

The "40 for 40" promotion was, obviously, originally intended to draw 40 people who would contribute $40 each to the Party. I think we can, and should, do a lot better than that. Although the requested donation will still be $40*, I am hopeful several hundred people will show up for these events---and in that way we will be able to achieve our goal of raising enough money to achieve our Get-Out-The-Vote goals.

Please plan to attend! We have all worked so hard to continue the progress our Party has made over the past few years it would be tragic to see our efforts fall short simply because we could not raise a few thousand dollars. We are SO close!

*for the Cowboy Stadium event, an additional $27.50 donation will be requested to cover the cost assessed by the Cowboy Organization for the tour.

II. Lieutenant Governor Sponsorship

Level of Participation: $67.50 - 79.99 Sponorship Includes

Includes one complimentary ticket to the VIP preview event on October 29th, one complimentary ticket for a guided tour of Cowboy Stadium and print and online recognition as a sponsor.

III. Attorney General Sponsorship

Level of Participation: $40.00 - 67.49 Sponorship Includes

Includes one complimentary ticket to the VIP preview event on October 29th and print and online recognition as a sponsor.
