Jay Xiong

Rep. Xiong’s Annual BBQ Fundraiser

This year, more than ever, we need to come together.

I'm inviting you to join me for my annual 67B-B-Q Fundraiser on Saturday, July 11, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM as we prepare for one of the most important election seasons in recent memory.

The work ahead of us is critical. We must build the grassroots movement necessary to flip the Minnesota House back, hold the Trump Administration accountable, and pass legislation that supports our neighbors and families who are feeling the impacts of federal actions—from cuts to social programs, to immigration enforcement actions and Operation Metro Surge, to attacks on workers' rights, public education, and the services that help families thrive.

The decisions being made in Washington are having real consequences here at home. Minnesotans deserve leaders who will stand up for working families, protect vulnerable communities, defend civil rights, and invest in opportunity for everyone—not just the wealthy and well-connected.

That's why I'm asking you to stand with me.

Join supporters, community leaders, elected officials, and friends from across Minnesota's East Side for an evening of great food, conversation, and organizing for the future.

We'll be serving:

• Traditional BBQ favorites and smoked meats

• Delicious Asian dishes and community favorites

• Drinks and refreshments

• Plenty of food for everyone

We'll also hear legislative updates and remarks from:

• Senate President Bobby Joe Champion

• St. Paul Mayor Kaohly Vang Her

• Other local leaders and elected officials

Most importantly, your attendance and support will help fuel our grassroots campaign operation this fall—allowing us to reach voters, organize communities, support candidates, and build the coalition we need to win.

Please RSVP your ticket today.

If you are unable to attend, I hope you'll consider making a contribution. Every dollar helps us knock on more doors, reach more voters, combat misinformation, and build the grassroots movement needed to protect our values and win back the Minnesota House.

The stakes could not be higher. The forces working to divide our communities, undermine our public institutions, and roll back decades of progress are well-funded and organized. We cannot afford to wait for someone else to do the work. It is up to us.

On July 11, let's come together not only to share a meal, but to recommit ourselves to the fight ahead. Bring your family. Bring your friends. Bring your energy and your belief that Minnesota is strongest when we invest in people, protect our freedoms, and leave no one behind.

RSVP today. Make a contribution if you're able. Help us build the campaign that will win back the Minnesota House, hold those in power accountable, and deliver real results for working families.

Together, we can organize.

Together, we can fight.

Together, we can win.
