The Flowers Whiting Initiative 6th Annual Turkey Giveaway
The 6th Annual Flowers Whiting Initiative Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 12 PM to 4 PM, at The Bon Secours Community Resource Center, 31 S Payson St, Baltimore, MD 21223.
As the holidays approach, the Flowers Whiting Initiative along with our esteemed community partners are excited to continue our mission of supporting families in need across Baltimore City. This year, we’re focused on helping families impacted by the criminal justice system and addressing food insecurity in designated food deserts. Our goal is to provide 200-350 turkeys and hot meals, with delicious catering to ensure every family can enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.
We’re reaching out for support to help raise $6,000 by November 22 to cover the costs of turkeys, hot meals, and a U-Haul rental for transport. Every dollar will directly benefit Baltimore families, ensuring they can celebrate Thanksgiving on November 27, 2025.
