Contributions to Gallego Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Contributions from the general treasury funds of corporations, labor unions, and national banks are prohibited. Federal contractors and foreign nationals who are not admitted for permanent residence in the United States are prohibited from making contributions. Contributions to Gallego Victory Fund will be allocated as follows: The first $3,300 of each contribution from a person and the first $5,000 from a multicandidate committee will be allocated to Gallego for Arizona and will be considered designated for the 2024 general election. The next $10,000 of each contribution per calendar year will be allocated to the Arizona Democratic Party. The next $5,000 of each contribution per calendar year will be allocated to Latino Leaders For Equality, Growth, Opportunity, Progressive Action & Change (LLEGO-PAC)
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting mtoppen@gallegoforarizona.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
