Please support SEFDC's programs with one of the following membership levels. All levels of membership include right to one vote in the club's Endorsement of Candidates for Office, and other elections, after a 60-day waiting period; and Immediate Voice and Motion powers:

• Jobseeker - Enrolled onto our E-mail list, has member vote 60 days after joining, has immediate voice and motion at membership meetings

Organizations joining membership must designate a human person representative from time to time, but lifetime membership expires upon dissolution of the member organization.

Jobseeker Membership is a courtesy to those who are full-time students or have income inadequate to support themselves.

Adjustments to the dues structure are not retroactive, and become effective immediately upon adoption by the General Membership.

Membership is open to both voters and to non-citizens, underage, and other humans who are prevented from registering to vote, but subscribe to our values and promise that they will register to vote when they become eligible; this promise is a condition of donating through this membership page. Those already registered to vote, of course, are also eligible for membership. Those not registered to vote who wish to donate but cannot make this promise, may donate at:

and will not be considered Members. The use of the term "democracy" is not intended to imply association with the Democratic Party. This club contemplates applying for a charter under the Democratic Party, but has not yet done so. If such a charter is granted by the Democratic Party, voters registered without declaring preference for the Democratic Party will be terminated from membership without a refund. Club's petition to charter with the Democratic Party would need to be first adopted by the General Membership.

All memberships are subject to the Bylaws and to the Standing Rules as revised from time to time and adopted by the General Membership. Powers of Voice and Motion are subject to suspension for the remainder of any meeting in which that Member is ruled Out of Order twice in a 3-month period, and lengthier suspensions as provided in the Bylaws and Standing Rules. Rulings of the chair are instantly appealable to the membership present.
