Introducing Van Buren Forward!
Our Mission
Van Buren Forward’s mission is threefold:
Engage residents
by building grassroots networks;
Build political power
through capacity-building and coordinated advocacy; and
Educating voters on civic duties
illuminating how local laws, elections, and public offices directly affect daily life. Mirroring the success of Indivisible Southwest Michigan’s model of local activism ; this initiative aims to forge a new generation of leaders who are not only informed and accountable but deeply connected to the communities they serve.
Van Buren Forward is a Chapter organization of Berrien Forward, dedicated to expanding our work and helping Van Buren County move Forward.
