A Fund, Inc has provided abortion support since 1993. Our ability to help is limited only by the amount of your contributions to us.


We are a TOTALLY volunteer organization.

About 97% of your gifts go to clinics to assist specific clients. Our "low overhead" is mostly postage, mailing costs, on-line donation fees.


Our main focus is supporting Kentucky area women needing financial assistance for an abortion, but we also respond when we can to requests from clinics for women with special circumstances from other states. Starting in 2019 we also began assisting with contraception (long acting & plan B). In recent years we have sent assistance funds to at least 25 clinics in a wide variety of states. During our fiscal year ending 6/30/19, we assisted 792 women (753 with abortions, 39 with long acting or plan B contraception).
