ELIGIBLITY: The AAA-Fund accepts contributions from individuals using their own personal funds up to $5,000 per calendar year. Under Federal law, it cannot accept contributions from Federal government contractors (note that employees of federal contractors are free to contribute personal funds), foreign nationals who are not permanent residents; or those making donations using the general treasury funds of corporations, labor organizations, or national banks. Please check all sections that confirm the following statements are true:
- This contribution is made from my personal funds and not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization, or national bank.
- I am at least 18 years of age, and I am a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident of the U.S. residing in the U.S.

Contributions to the Asian American Action Fund are not tax deductible. Federal Law requires political committees to use their best efforts to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
