We’ve been on the ground in Georgia, turning out our aunties, sisters, mamas and grandmamas across the state to elect progressive leaders in this make-or-break moment for our country. In this critical battleground state, where statewide elections are known for being won and lost by just thousands of votes, Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) women and AAPI voters could decide the election - but we need your help in these final days to win on November 8th.
We’re working to elect a powerful slate of progressive candidates leading the way to bring real change to Georgia and the rest of our country. With conservatives expanding gun access laws while actively working to take away our rights through policies like Georgia's six-week abortion ban, and tipping the balance in their favor with redistricting, the time is now to support Georgia candidates who will save our Democracy and change the face of political power – With Stacey Abrams running for Governot at the top of the Democratic ticket, we also have the chance to elect Bee Nguyen for Secretary of State, Dr. Michelle Au for State Representative, and Nabilah Islam for State Senate. They are all inspiring, progressive leaders in the fight for our voting rights, for our fundamental right to make decisions about our bodies, and for racial and economic justice.
