Support Abbas for Michigan!

Abbas for Michigan is a Michigan based political action committee launched by Abbas Alawieh. Abbas for Michigan is working to support Michigan State Senate campaigns in 2026. There are 5 State Senate races that could help protect and expand the Democratic majority in the Michigan Senate. Our goal is to raise $75,000 to support them.


If we're able to exceed expectations, Abbas for Michigan will also support Democratic candidates for State House and, potentially, the top of ticket as well. There are 11 races that could help determine the control of the Michigan House and flip the State House back to Democratic control. Democrats must also keep control of the offices of the Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General. By winning these races, Democrats will be set up to enact transformational policies for Michiganders in 2027.
