Support the Abortion Ballot Measure Fund!

Following the 2022 Dobbs decision, the Fairness Project launched the Abortion Ballot Measure Fund to support ballot measure campaigns that can win meaningful restoration or protection of abortion access. Ballot measures put power back in the hands of voters, especially in red states where extreme politicians are deeply out of step with the electorate. Every time abortion has been on the ballot since Dobbs, abortion has won.

Every dollar invested in the Abortion Ballot Measure Fund go directly to the campaigns that we support; no portion is retained for overhead costs.

In 2024, reproductive rights may be on the ballot in as many as 12 states! Most of these states have near or total abortion bans, while others are seeking to further protect reproductive rights in their state constitutions.

Currently, the Abortion Ballot Measure Fund is partnering with abortion ballot measure campaigns in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, and Montana.
