Now that Roe is dead, those on the frontlines of providing access to abortion care in states that still provide it are at serious risk of civil and criminal liability.
Proceeds from this fund will be used to indemnify and protect frontline workers and medical professionals who are working to provide access to safe, legal abortion care in states that provide it. The fund will be used to cover civil and criminal liabilities, including bail funds.
