My family and I moved to Texas after my 22-year career in the military and 6-year career at Meta. After 18 military moves across the country and overseas, it was time to call Texas home. My family's Texas roots go back to the 1800s. 


My wife is a graduate of the University of Texas Arlington, and my kids are enrolled in Texas public schools.


I’m a combat veteran, six time Navy communications award winner, and U.S. Atlantic Fleet Destroyer Squadron 24 Shiphandler of the Year, and MacArthur Foundation/United Way Courage Project award winner.


I graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1996 and spent the next 22 years serving my country. I navigated ships around the globe, worked in crisis communications at the Pentagon, briefed the United Nations Security Council at the Defense Intelligence Agency. 


I have served at the highest levels of government - briefing intelligence to United Nations Security Council ambassadors and rolling out a $160 billion dollar budgets at the Pentagon - and I will continue to serve YOU.
