Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions to Adam Gray Victory Fund 2024 will be allocated as follows:
For multicandidate PACs, the first $5,000 will be allocated to Adam Gray for Congress for General 2024, and the next $5,000 to California Democratic Party’s federal account.
For individuals, the first $3,300 will be allocated to Adam Gray for Congress for General 2024, and the next $10,000 to California Democratic Party’s federal account.
Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant by contacting rebecca.olson@gtlaw.com. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
Contributions or gifts to Adam Gray Victory Fund 2024 are not tax deductible.
Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors and foreign nationals, and contributions in the name of another, are prohibited.
Paid for by Adam Gray Victory Fund 2024, a joint fundraising committee authorized by Adam Gray for Congress 2024 and the California Democratic Party.
