Adam Hopkins grew up in this ward. Ward of the state. Unhoused before 12. Raised by a grandmother who refused to let him fall and a community that poured into him when he had nothing.
He spent a decade building it back, quietly. Then his son came along. Quiet stopped being enough.
Our schools are under attack. Families still don't have roofs a year after a tornado tore through this district. Utility bills are up 34.5% since 2020. The state took our police department and overturned a voter mandate we won at the ballot.
These are not accidents. These are decisions.
Adam is not staying home. And with your help, neither are we.
