Advance the Bench is the first of its kind: a national organization devoted to electing better judges.
Our mission is to create a state judiciary that protects people’s fundamental rights and upholds the rule of law. This means pushing back against state overreach in women’s healthcare decisions and in what kids can learn about in school. It also means ensuring that elections are free and fair and that legislatures cannot gerrymander voters out of existence.
With your help, we want to flip right-wing extremist courts in states throughout the country and restore majorities that do what courts are supposed to do: fairly and impartially resolve cases, uphold the constitution, and serve the interests of justice, not partisan political groups.
Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
Contributions or gifts to Advance the Bench are not tax deductible. You may contribute any amount to Advance the Bench. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of the employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Paid for by Advance the Bench, not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.
