We work every day to advance Asian American civil and human rights through advocacy, litigation, voter outreach, education, and community building. Together, we work to:

  • Protect the vote: On the heels of historic voter turnout in 2020 by communities of color in Georgia, we work together with partner organizations to fight anti-voting legislation and engage with AAPI and immigrant voters across the state to get out the vote. 
  • Meet community needs: We provide comprehensive, high-quality immigration legal services to immigrants in Georgia. Our multilingual team assists low-income immigrants in obtaining lawful status, becoming citizens, and defending against deportation, and additionally seeks to empower immigrants through free immigration legal workshops and community education programs. 
  • Provide in-language assistance: We provide translation and in-language resources and materials to voters and people navigating the immigration system.
  • Stand with immigrants: We are fighting against the massive detention and deportation system that tears apart our immigrant communities in Georgia.
