Americans for Financial Reform

Fund the fight to protect veterans from predatory lending and save the CFPB now!

When Donald Trump attacks the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), he’s attacking one of the only institutions protecting veterans and military families from financial predators.

The CFPB enforces critical rules under the Military Lending Act and has already returned over $360 million to veterans and service members. From slashing overdraft fees to cracking down on payday lenders and deceptive car-title loans, the CFPB has served as a shield for those who served our country.

But now, Trump and his allies are tearing it apart. They’re slashing its funding, halting enforcement, and giving Wall Street a green light to exploit the very people who wore the uniform. They’re betting that no one will notice. They’re wrong.

Americans for Financial Reform is organizing a nationwide response: mobilizing veterans’ advocates, building pressure in Congress, and exposing the corporate predators standing to profit from a weakened CFPB. But we need your help to keep up the fight.

Contribute to Americans for Financial Reform and fund the fight to protect our veterans, defend financial justice, and stop Trump’s attack on the CFPB now.
