While Musk gets billions, the median Tesla worker earns just $45,811. This is exactly why Congress needs to pass laws like the Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act, the Curtailing Executive Overcompensation (CEO) Pay Act, and the CEO Accountability and Responsibility Act, which would hold corporations accountable and close the gap between CEO and worker pay.
