Your non-tax-deductible gift to COLOR Action Fund, a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, ensures that we can continue to hold elected officials accountable, lobby for progressive policy solutions, and train and elect the next generation of local Latine elected leaders. The first $50 of all eligible donations from a natural person per calendar year may be transferred to the COLOR Small Donor Committee (SDC), which directly supports local and state progressive candidates. Funds transferred to the SDC must be made from the donor’s personal funds, not from a business, union, or another person. Donations used for political purposes must be made by U.S. citizens or permanent residents using personal funds and by individuals 18 years of age or older.

Paid for by COLOR Action Fund. Questions? Email maureen@colorlatina.org.
